I am thankful for being able to live in Vienna, where I drink healthy water every day and where there are parks and an excellent public heath system. But this isn't what it's like for all human beings: travelling and also when I was living in Mexico and Jordania I was able to see how lucky we are.
Why are you actively supporting the association "Seeds of Solidarity"?
Being a social economist, the ever growing gap between the rich and the poor really worries me. "Seeds of Solidarity" is a small but important step, how each and everyone of us can contribute to making this gap a little smaller: in our minds and also through our actions. The beauty about it is that we also learn how to eat and consume more consciously - this way we all profit from this "new habit".
